Gain the communication skills needed to help meet and exceed the customer’s needs and learn to provide the highest level of customer service. This Customer Service course will review a variety of customer service challenges and how we can better serve our customers while improving ourselves in the process. Participants will be provided with a strong skillset including in-person, over the phone, and online techniques, working with demanding customers, and generating return business.
