The session starts off with topics such as where to find resources, how to use your HR tools and Performance Management and then does a dive into the other areas this team can help you with your People Management.

This course enhances cross-cultural perspectives and understanding by introducing an overview of the diverse Alaska Native cultures, including: geography, flora and fauna, traditional clothing and regalia, and social organization.
